Refund Policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026
This policy is the “expressly stated otherwise” referred to in section 4 of our Terms of Service. Where the two differ on refunds, this page governs.
1. The trial comes first
Every account gets 14 days of full, free access, and the trial does not begin until you have connected a Walmart or Amazon account — so none of it is spent on setup. No card is required to start it. We would rather you found out Lumipricer is wrong for you before paying than argue about it afterwards, which is why the trial is the real refund policy and everything below is the exception.
2. First paid month
If you subscribe and decide within 30 days of your first payment that Lumipricer is not right for your business, email us and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to justify the request. This applies once per account, to the first paid month of each marketplace subscription.
3. If we broke something
If Lumipricer set prices in a way that contradicts the guardrails you configured — below a floor you set, outside a strategy you chose, or while repricing was switched off — tell us. We will refund the affected period regardless of how long ago you subscribed, and we will show you the decision record for the prices in question. This is not a goodwill gesture; a repricer that ignores your floor has not delivered the thing you bought.
It does not cover prices that were set correctly and turned out to be commercially disappointing. Lumipricer executes the strategy you configured; choosing the strategy remains your judgement.
4. Ongoing subscriptions
Beyond the first paid month, subscriptions are charged monthly in advance and are not refunded for partial months. You can cancel at any time from Billing in the app. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut off service the moment you cancel.
5. Annual and custom plans
Custom and annual arrangements are refundable pro rata for the unused whole months remaining, less any discount that was granted in exchange for the longer commitment. The specific terms are stated in the order for that plan.
6. What we do not refund
- Fees charged by Walmart, Amazon, or your payment provider. We never receive those and cannot return them.
- Periods during which an account was suspended for breach of the Terms of Service.
- Repeat requests under section 2 from accounts that have already received that refund once.
7. How to ask
Email hello@lumipricer.com from the address on the account, and say which payment you mean. We aim to reply within one business day and to send approved refunds to the original payment method within five business days. If we decline, we will tell you which part of this policy we relied on.
8. Chargebacks
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A bank dispute takes weeks to resolve, and we reserve the right to suspend the subscription while one is open — almost always a worse outcome than the refund we would have sent that week. If you have already opened one, tell us anyway; we would rather resolve it directly.
9. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer or contract law that applies to you. Where that law gives you more than this page does, it wins.
