Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Aurora PowerUp LLC ("Lumipricer", "we", "us") collects, uses, secures, retains, and deletes information when you use the Lumipricer repricing service and the lumipricer.com website (together, the "Service").

1. Information we collect

2. Cookies and similar storage

The Service uses first-party cookies or browser storage for authentication, security, interface preferences, and approved-partner referral attribution. Referral capture is marketing metadata only: changing a browser cookie does not grant a trial, attach a user to an existing seller account, or create a commission.

3. How we use information

We do not sell personal information. We do not use one seller's private catalog, cost, strategy, order, credential, or pricing data to set another seller's prices or to benefit another seller.

4. Marketplace API access

Amazon connections use Amazon's supported Seller Central authorization process. Walmart connections currently use a Production API Client ID and Client Secret generated by the seller in Walmart Seller Center. Lumipricer validates the connection before saving it, encrypts marketplace credentials before storage, and uses the credentials only for the seller account and features they authorize.

You can revoke Amazon access through Seller Central. You can stop Walmart access by revoking or replacing the applicable API key in Seller Center. Disconnecting a store in Lumipricer and revoking access at the marketplace are separate actions; revocation at the marketplace prevents further API access independently of Lumipricer.

5. How information is shared

We disclose information only as needed to operate the Service, comply with law, protect the Service or its users, or complete a transaction you request. Service providers may include cloud hosting, database, network-security, email, monitoring, and billing providers acting on our behalf. Stripe processes hosted checkout and customer billing-portal activity. Approved partners receive aggregate referral and commission information only; they do not receive a referred seller's credentials, stores, catalog, costs, orders, prices, strategies, or team data.

We may disclose information in response to a valid legal process, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice requirements.

6. Data security

No system can guarantee absolute security. We maintain detection, containment, remediation, and notification procedures and provide a security reporting channel on our Security & Trust page.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain security and audit evidence, administer subscriptions or partner obligations, comply with marketplace policy, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. When you disconnect a store or close an account, associated marketplace data is deleted from active systems within 30 days unless a shorter platform requirement or a legal hold applies. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on a rolling schedule within 90 days.

Some records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security investigations, tax, accounting, payment disputes, affiliate payouts, or legal compliance. Retained records remain subject to access controls and are not used to continue repricing a disconnected account.

8. International processing

Lumipricer is operated by a United States company and uses service providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires it, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

9. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. You may also disconnect a marketplace, revoke access at the marketplace, change billing through the hosted billing portal, or cancel the subscription. These controls have different effects; cancelling billing does not by itself revoke marketplace credentials, and revoking marketplace access does not by itself settle an outstanding invoice.

Residents of jurisdictions with specific privacy rights, including California, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, may have additional rights to object, restrict processing, or complain to a data-protection authority. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law.

10. Children

Lumipricer is a business service for marketplace sellers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Service.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, integrations, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date and, where required, communicated through the Service or by email.
