Creator & Partner Program Terms

Effective August 26, 2026. These terms supplement Lumipricer's Terms of Service for approved founding partners.

1. Approval and eligibility

The program is approval-based. Lumipricer may approve, pause or end a partner account when necessary to protect sellers, the program or the Lumipricer brand. Special creator trial access is separate from affiliate approval and is not guaranteed.

2. Founding commission

Unless an approved partner has different written terms shown in their Lumi Partner page, founding partners earn 25% of qualifying subscription revenue actually collected by Lumipricer for the first 12 paid months of each eligible referred customer.

3. Attribution

A valid partner link uses a first-party referral window of up to 60 days. When a new Lumi tenant is created with an active referral code, that referral is frozen to the account. Referral cookies are candidate marketing data only and do not themselves create a commission or special trial.

4. Qualifying revenue

Commission applies to eligible Lumipricer subscription revenue actually collected. Taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, failed payments, one-time services and pass-through costs do not qualify. Refunds or disputes may reverse related commissions.

5. Holds and payouts

Commission is normally held for 30 days before becoming available. The founding-phase payout threshold is US$50, and approved founding partners are grandfathered at that threshold for as long as they remain in the program. During the founding phase, payouts may be processed manually on a monthly schedule after account, tax and payout details have been verified. The standard threshold is expected to rise to US$100 for partners approved after the founding phase closes.

6. Creator trial

Selected creators and founding sellers may receive up to 30 days of Lumi trial access after an eligible Amazon or Walmart seller identity is successfully verified. The trial is measured from the original verified seller claim, may be granted only once, and cannot be extended through a public referral link. A creator is not required to publish content or provide a positive review in exchange for trial access.

7. Required disclosures and accurate claims

Partners are responsible for clear affiliate or sponsorship disclosures required by applicable law and platform rules. Partners must not claim guaranteed revenue, guaranteed Buy Box or Featured Offer wins, guaranteed savings, or other outcomes that Lumipricer has not substantiated.

8. Prohibited promotion

Self-referrals, cookie stuffing, fake accounts, circular referrals, misleading coupon or discount claims, impersonation, spam, deceptive traffic, and unauthorized bidding on Lumipricer or confusingly similar brand terms are prohibited. Partners may not present themselves as Lumipricer employees or official marketplace representatives.

9. Seller privacy

Partners receive aggregate referral and commission information only. The program does not grant access to referred sellers' credentials, stores, SKUs, prices, orders, strategy settings or other private seller data.

10. Changes and termination

Lumipricer may update these founding-program terms prospectively. Earned eligible ledger entries remain subject to the terms applicable when they were created, including refund and dispute reversals. Material abuse may result in suspension or forfeiture of unpaid ineligible commissions.
