This Privacy Policy describes how Aurora PowerUp LLC ("Lumi", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Lumi repricing service and the lumipricer.com website (together, the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and company details when you sign up or contact us.
- Marketplace data — when you authorize Lumi to access your Walmart Marketplace or Amazon Selling Partner account through the official APIs, we access listing, catalog, pricing, offer, and order-level data required to provide repricing functionality.
- Usage data — standard technical logs (browser type, pages visited, timestamps) used to operate and improve the Service.
2. How we use information
- To provide repricing, monitoring, analytics, and alerting features you request.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account and the Service.
We do not sell your data. We do not use one seller's data to benefit any other seller, and we never share your catalog, cost, or strategy data with other customers.
3. Marketplace API compliance
Our use of data received through the Amazon Selling Partner API complies with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. Our use of data received through Walmart Marketplace APIs complies with Walmart's applicable data and security standards. Access is granted by you through each marketplace's official authorization flow and can be revoked by you at any time from your seller account.
4. Data security
- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher.
- Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
- API credentials and tokens are stored in a managed secrets vault and are never exposed in logs or to personnel who do not require access.
- Each customer's data is logically isolated from every other customer's data.
5. Data retention
We retain marketplace data only as long as needed to provide the Service and no longer than marketplace platform policies permit. When you disconnect your store or close your account, associated marketplace data is deleted within 30 days, including from backups, except where retention is required by law.
6. Third-party services
We use reputable cloud infrastructure providers to host the Service. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We do not share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at hello@lumipricer.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as California or the EU), we will honor requests consistent with applicable law.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
